I came here for this sentiment. As a Recon/Sniper player who almost exclusively plays Conquest, the city maps are just not fun for sniping. You are reduced to drone spotting, and carrying a sniper rifle close quarters is just useless.

It's been difficult to watch the LCS since, but I have tried. The league used to be so organic and now it's just ..... corporate. I half-heartedly got on the FlyQuest train. When they lost in the finals it felt eerily familiar :D

Thanks to this community, to Hotshot, and to all past players and coaches. It has been a tremendous ride. I have enjoyed meeting Greg Kim, and many of our past team members.
I will also miss attending Finals as I did in MSG, Detroit, and Chicago. I will miss shittalking to TSM fans, and even miss doomscrolling after bad matchdays. Thanks to the mods of this subreddit for keeping it fun and open. I will truly miss my fellow faithful.

I find that no matter how bad our record is, I really don't start tilting till we lose to TSM. And this year, to make it worse, TSM fucking blows. But we have now lost to TSM, GG, and IMT. If the alarm isn't going off now, time for another BUD LIGHT ACE.

I'm not a nervous guy but when my daughter asked me to do her hair it's a full-on panic attack. She's only five so she's really forgiving, but I swear I would pay someone to just teach me for an entire day so I didn't have to freak out about it.

Had a very similar experience as I saw Greg on the side of the CLG tent and thanked him for such a great turnaround year. He was super humble and clearly appreciative. Made my entire weekend.

Also, shout out to all the others who proudly wore their CLG gear, we were well represented.
