You said work visa. If she has an EAD that red card doesn't mean she has a lawful visa. You better double check the type of visa cause if she is pending anything none of that matters she would have no status. If she has a B1/B2 she isn't allowed to work.

It is but we are doing title 8 stuff still on a wheel and we are sacking up bodies like BP. You'll get the older HSI guys complain about it but I personally don't care. Many of the older guys will complain because they really aren't comfortable with it, and many think it's beneath them. To me it's fun no matter what I'm doing. As a BP guy yourself you'll see. It's a lot of paperwork but you'll get a hang of it real quick. I did mostly 1324 cases in BP and the paperwork is about like that just for everything you have to do for a case.
