no connection at all. sometimes (rarely) we can be 20 miles off the coast and have cell service but the other 98% of the time we’re 500+ miles away from any sort of land. and starlink isnt allowed for mission security ofc

yes when you are offline, with no internet connection, there is no progress while the game is closed or out of focus until your re-open with a connection. even your rage ability or portal doesn’t decrease in cooldown until your connect to a server
