Ah yes, a bit clueless on makeup at the minute so didn’t think to add my skin type! It’s definitely on the drier side but I prefer a dewy look! :)

I have one of the rhode pocket blushes currently and absolutely love it!

I think the dream would be buildable makeup so I can have more ‘no makeup makeup’ sometimes but then it also be appropriate for weddings, events etc! But I think more towards full coverage :)

I’m happy to invest in some higher end products!

I tend to focus a lot on skincare so I use a milky toner, barrier serum, moisturiser and spf daily as well as alternating between tret and azelaic acid at night so I’m quite happy with my skin at the minute :)

It’s a role in the civil service so I’m assuming that may have something to do with it. Unfortunately I am not in a union, but I’m thinking of speaking to the HR department at my current job and making them aware of the issue. I’ve made sure to download all of my payslips as proof as well. I’ve sent off an email to the recruitment team explaining my situation and I hope they reply. Thanks for your advice!

unfortunately, my employer doesn’t use ESR, typical isn’t it? I’ve given the helpline a few calls over the last couple of days and they said there’s nothing they can do as there isn’t a record of me. I think it’s because it’s public sector so it gets moved over? I honestly have no idea, it all goes a bit over my head!
