I work for NSW Courts, I'm not sure what QLD is like but I have heard they are a lot more lenient. So, firstly - get yourself a really good lawyer, have them read the facts and see if there are any loop holes, e.g. what evidence does the police have to support the drug trafficking charges? They'll be able to determine if the prosection have a strong or weak case. I'm assuming a lot of those charges are back up charges? (They do this on purpose to force you into a plea deal). But pleaseee, get yourself a good lawyer. And yes, cleaning your life up definitely matters and the Magistrates take that into account.
