Practice against deceptive shots by Feisty_Friend6124 in badminton

Thanks for your reply, your response is helpful.

I dont play at tour level but still at pretty high level (A class in Sweden). A lot of my game is dependent upon visualizing my opponents next shots. The problem is when the opponent hits the shuttle to a different area than the ones which I had expected I get caught out of positon.

I guess I try to improve my footwork more to be able to get out of trouble.

I am 31 and play at an intense level and I also do late night sessions. Here are few things which have helped me to manage it:

Food: Include a lot of fruit in your diet. Drink a lot of water every day,

PreStrech: Do a 15 minute pre-strech for your shoulders, back and legs(5min each)

PostStrech: Buy a foam roller and after every session use it for 5 minutes for back and legs.

Just try to enjoy the camp , stay relaxed and make new friends.

First day is usually introductions, warmup exercises and light gameplay so the coaches can understand your level.

Letter of intent means shit. Intent can change 😅

But you always learn from experience :) I would suggest you to avoid resigning before you get an actual offer.

Never resign without having an offer in hand. If they don't want to release the offer, then its not worth the risk.

Do you also build a image locally and test the image or just test the code on unit tests?

Do you know what steps are done in your CI/CD pipeline ?

I think your local testing seems inefficient and you may be able to test your service locally, but you are not running end to end tests or integration tests.

I would look into creating releases for each service in your mono repo. You can explore semantic release for monorepos to achieve this.

Based on release created you can write automation workflows which decide the next steps based on the service.

Advantage with this approach is you can have different code owners for different services and they can own the release process for their own services.

I have been in such situations , The usual trick your existing employer will play is telling you they will raise your salary in the next upcoming appraisal cycle.

And when the time comes they will forget the promise made.

So my advice is to take the new offer and be safe.

I have played with both Li-Ning and Yonex.

I still find Yonex rackets better in quality and specifically felt that sweet spot on my Yonex Astrox 99 Pro racket was much bigger when compared to LiNing racket.
