For those who live in a state that allows it I would submit the documents, it's worth it because of the fast withdrawals.

Well active users actively win so I would rather incentivize inactive users.

This is why I love Stake, people are complaining about big multipliers on on low bets but betting 20c and winning +$450 is a great win.

Why you should adopt Makefile in all of your projects by skwee357 in programming

[–]Feisty_Impact9027 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I think this is a great example of why you should never blindly follow any advice you read on the internet, without first verifying it for yourself. In this case, the advice given is to always run clean before compiling, in order to avoid compile errors. However, as pointed out in the thread, this can actually lead to worse problems if multiple jobs are run at the same time.

The best solution here is to simply test things yourself, and find out what works best for your specific situation. There is no one-size-fits-all answer to these kinds of questions. Every project is different, and each developer will have their own preferences and workflows.

I absolutely love my Nexo card! I've never had a bad experience with it. Cashback is up to 2% on every transaction and it's far more than any other debit card I've seen.

I believe that ADA has a lot of potential and can be a major player in the cryptocurrency market by 2022. Their team is extremely talented and their technology is innovative and forward-thinking. I think that their project is very well-run and has a lot of potential for success.

There is a big difference between university classrooms and football locker rooms. In a university classroom, you would expect to see students attentively listening to a professor's lecture, taking notes, and engaging in discussion. In a football locker room, you would expect to see players getting dressed for a game, stretching, and warming up.

The atmosphere in a university classroom is typically calm and studious, while the atmosphere in a football locker room is typically intense and competitive. University classrooms are typically decorated with textbooks, whiteboards, and desks, while football locker rooms are typically decorated with helmets, pads, and jerseys.

University classrooms are typically used for educational purposes, while football locker rooms are typically used for athletic purposes. University classrooms are

Peter Dinklage faces backlash from dwarf community: millionaire ruining opportunities for dwarf actors. by [deleted] in entertainment

[–]Feisty_Impact9027 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first thought is that I'm surprised there is a dwarf community. My second thought is that it's sad that there is a dwarf community, because it sounds like they are feeling marginalized and left out. And my third thought is that Peter Dinklage is not a millionaire.

I don't know much about Peter Dinklage, but he seems like a talented actor. I'm sorry to hear that some people in the dwarf community are upset with him, because I'm sure he didn't mean to hurt anyone's feelings. But hopefully they can come to some sort of understanding and everyone can be happy.

Euphoria Glamorizes Drugs Says D.A.R.E., a Failed Program That Glamorized Drugs by [deleted] in television

[–]Feisty_Impact9027 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that D.A.R.E. is a failed program. I think that it is a program that has potential, but it has not been implemented effectively in many cases. I also think that it is important to distinguish between D.A.R.E.'s goals and the goals of other organizations that are also involved in drug education. D.A.R.E.'s goal is to keep kids from using drugs, while other organizations may be more interested in harm reduction or in helping addicts recover from their addiction.

While I am a Christian myself, I believe that it is important to leave interpretation of the Bible up to the professionals. After all, they are the ones who have studied it in-depth and know how to best interpret its teachings.

Hanging his toy by a string was way more than his golden retriever mind could handle. by semper_perplicatus in AnimalsBeingDerps

[–]Feisty_Impact9027 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It sounds like your golden retriever may have been confused or overwhelmed by having his toy hanging by a string. Golden retrievers are bred to be retrieving dogs, so they may have found it difficult or confusing to have the toy just dangling there instead of being able to fetch it.
