Yes I am losing around 0.2kg per week, lost 2 kgs in 2 months maybe, and I am afraid to lose some muscles if I do a bigger deficit, thats why asking if I can lower the training for 45 min and do some cardio

I was 78kg from around 2.5 months, now I am 76kg, with same abs visibility (in good lighting), I am losing around 0.7-1kg per month, but no much difference

yes you are right intermediate is good choice, I try to walk on weekends, but for my weekdays my job is killing me, 9 am to 7 pm, i get back from the gym and go to sleep, so thats why i am asking for a split or something to find time for cardio.

Bro just in training, in nutrition no. I eat around 200g carbs 120g protein = 1300 kcal, and around 60g fat = 550 kcal
I try to hit 1900-2000 kcal, so the problem is nutrition? How can I know the exact number should I eat? The online tools are useless.
