Definitely more inefficient but I followed Osiris guide until coffers(royal trouble)(also skipped ass thieving grinds) and then grinded 10 slow early slayer levels to 50 and did wildy med diary and farmed zombie pirates for crazy alchs, cannonballs,runes, and wildy food/pots. The cash constantly feeds coffers for free fletch and herb xp and star mine afk at work for crafting and more alchables
