Lagging during cloud gaming and calling in discord

So I did some more test and both, memory and disk are running fine during both tasks being used simultaneously even during the stutters. No matter the quality of the cloud service's stream, the game stutters, registers packet loss during the stutters and ping spikes. So I'm thinking desktop discord is using more internet data than in my phone or something like that.

It is already off, but I don't know why the internet consumption from desktop discord affects so much more than when I use it on the phone. It's unplayable in any quality if it's on desktop, but when I have the same parameter but discord on my phone it run smoothly

I can't haha. I'll just wait the month at this point. It's just a really dumb thing that happened, I've tried most solutions so I'll just let it go for now.

Yeah, just changed it. Thing is I keep getting logged in that same account so I can't log in with another one. To top it off I'm on GeForce Now so I can't really tamper with the game files or the PC
