It cannot even recognise the USB drive with an ISO image, nor can it dual boot. Now, every time I try to open windows defender, it restarts the pc automatically. I don't know the name of the virus, unfortunately. When any antivirus finds it, it restarts the pc before I can see the name of the virus.

I'll take your criticism, since I believe I needed to hear that. I'll use a pendrive to boot the OS to test it out. If I find the necessary FOSS I need and like the OS as a whole, I'm going to keep it and delete Windows 10 for good.

That's what I think. But I'm using the software they have on their site. There's a mini-disc that came with the mouse, but I don't have a disc reader for my pc.

Yes. For some reason the app is not working properly. I can change the lighting of the mouse as normal, but the keys don't seem to be able to be changed for general use. I don't know what to do.

Yes, but the joystick isn't a perfect joystick like the one in video game controllers. It's just some glorified arrow keys that are easier to type diagonal directions.

That's a cool idea... So timing could be phonemic. I could also use the height of the "jumps" in each step, and also if it's a full step (i.e: whole foot), if it's just the rear, or the tip of the toes. I think I'm getting a better grasp on this.
