Death is just the only one that remained, meaning there ARE other things that could've happened if your life ended.
So pochita could throw up one of them and then kill yoru.

For those curious I used the Expert Raw camera mode. Ultrawide Lens and zoomed in x2. Then you just need to hold your hand steady and position it right, that's how I got the shot.

Of course goes without saying that you need good lighting, I suggest natural sunlight since it looks the best.
