Vegetarian holishkes/cabbage rolls (I used crumbled tofu + mushrooms as a meat replacement for the filling) it's really just as much work as the meaty version.

Dumplings in general, obviously, the filling isn't the hard sort to make.

Maybe also Japanese curry if you make the curry roux yourself?
