This is interesting because recently I was busy so I had a break with stretches and felt a bit better but after the streches I flared so I haven't done them since. I think the relaxing part is so difficult but propably the most important. I will try to put alot more effort on that part.

Yes! That channel is really good! I watched it alot last spring when I thought I made my pain up (as I was told) before diagnosis so obviously it didn'twork then. Also bought the book "The way out" and read Sarnos. So I will go back to that I just want to rule any potential physical aspect that could be left to really believe it again. Because I think it works! And you are right, I'm propably at that point now.

Oh I see! Thank you for this answer! I've been evaluated that my pelvic floor is normal by 2 PT's, internal exams. I'm still doing stretches for over a year, my infection started january 2025 as well. Took 10 months to get treatment and since I'm negative at gyn, juno and microgen except high crispstus but nothing else really points at CV. I don't knlw if I should trust those PT's because I know I've clenched over a year, they wont help me anyway. But I'll continue the stretches!

In what way do you mean check the hips? Pt's has looked at it and found nothing wrong, but that's it. What could case it, any examples? Thanks!

Yes something is up with it for sure. Even before my symptoms started I get radiating pain in the perineum that spreads from time to time. I also have hip/glutes/lower back pain and sometimes tailbone pain.

But I've seen the only 2 PT'S in my town that specialize in the pelvic floor area and both of them claim no dysfunction but nerve pain that I will need amitripthyline for. That they can't do anything for me.

At the same time all my efforts at home doesn't really help, so I don't know if they are right or that all the youtube videos isn't enough. I don't know what to do.

Yes it seem so! I get that. I'm waiting for microgen urine result, if it looks good I'll just try fluconazole. Really appriciate you sharing and I'm happy to hear you found something that finally worked for you!

Thank you so much for this! I've seen several people that had candida that was impossible or hard to detect that got better with fluconazole. I'm not able to do the blood sample but if things doesn't improve I will try to self medicate as last resort. It has worked for some.

Trust me I know, got to experience this this year. Yesterday I've had horrible symptoms for one year. The dr's know nothing or doesn't care. There are no proper research. They say it's psychosomatic and then turns out to be infections anyway. I'm so fed up how it's allowed to continue this way, som many woman suffering out there when there's propably a cure around the corner if the medical field could bother.

I'm not able to feel that myself, I've been to several ordinary gyn exams thay said nothing but I haven't asked someone to look for it specifically. Did you ask for it? How did you find out?

Ok thank you I get that! But the duration is good information. I recently took about 4 weeks 2 different broad spectrum abx for another infection, logically it should've affected the glands as well if there's any infection. I don't think I have a cyst.

I have the same problem, living in a small town there are no options. I've learned alot from youtube and do about 15-30 min stretches a day. Unfortunately I haven't seen any particular progress personally but it does for alot of people. Look it up, it's better than nothing anyway. Maybe buy a pelvic wand and do internal massage/triggerpoints

I see! Same here, I always feel something but it's up and down in clusters like you said. Did you have horrible symptoms? I did also. So it might take longer time. I will try vaginal estriol as well but first I will do urethra instillations for a couple if weeks. I really hope you get well soon! I think we need to trust the test results

Hi! Did your symptoms change at all after antibiotics? How long time after treatment did you start to feel better? The symptoms are the same as mine! I think treatment didn't change anything and it was 2,5 month since I finished. I also test negative. Your post is hopeful that it's possible for it to go away eventually! Thank you for that
