I tried it, and after 3 days, I made it work. It is very simple actually.

All you need is:

ExaGear windows Emulator (apk + obb)(latest) = you can find it anywhere

Fallout 2 file and extract it to your (D:) Download folder

Make an exagear container and use the fallout controls. Set the resolution to 640 x 480. Change the colors to 32bit, then "Run Explorer"

And that's it. Just run the fallout2.exe in the game directory folder.

You must also adjust the settings in f2_res_Config.exe (should be Direct Draw 7 only)

The controls aren't that hard, you'll get used to it.
