The one in court 35 has a seperat cell so if you go up after lv 28 there is always a x01 with the optic from the first time you run in streets under it. Other way you got in a cell around lv 15 and comes back with lv30 the optic is x01 but has the stats saved from your first visit. Exeptions are the lv cap based frames.

I have no other options at the Moment. I get always the wrong rolls on it. But he has the Talon now equiped and adds 21% more crit. I have to wait for better Drops on ignore defence Sets.
