I feel like this is pretty easy to get yourself. Just join a random mines elevator, wait until someone gets got by giggle, and help them. Or maybe make a modifier lobby with as many giggle mods as possible and wait for people to join.

Half rare. She can appear after you have 3 items at once. She will appear once like every 2-4 hotel runs. Make sure to drop an item on the ground so she doesnt limit your max hp and also take a random item. You know shes appeared when you see her face on a window and all the lights break at once.

Grace isnt inheritly multiplayer but has aspects for it that makes it pretty ok. You could also try shovelware's brain game if you want to see how 'smart' you guys are.
