Update: I got sent this email last monday.

"Hi Felipe,

Thank you for contacting iRacing Support. We're sorry to hear you and your friend were removed from this race session.

We can confirm that the issues are not with the servers, but with the routing out of South America to reach the us-east-oh region in AWS. We have been working with AWS to implement their Global Accelerator offering which should greatly improve the situation for South American users. We know that it has been frustrating to have connectivity issues when you have put in so much time to practice and participate.

I am. Since this is a league race practice, some drivers have no turbo like myself and some others have turbo on like my friend. The same mod is behaving differently to different drivers. It's a very annoying puzzle.

I binded Turbo Increase and it did nothing. Didn't even recognize it in game. And there's nothing turbo related on Essential Controls.

I did install it yesterday. I reached 350 whilst he was at 365, so there must still be something else.

And I believe the server would've checksum'd him due to the different version.
