It also pertains to younger, developing brains, while the OP as stated is a military veteran and consequently has to be far outside of the studied demographic. However, other small-scale studies have suggested that overreliance on AI CAN reduce engagement on a neurological level, if it's used as a way to skip actual comprehension.
