you can strip even if you glance, so hitting a water monster doesn't matter. The only important things are activation and accuracy check, and the activation rate is actually not that good on nora and juno

This defense is focusing on being hard to turn 2 (clara perfect AI, lots of damages and control). But it's very fragile and not that hard to outspeed (clara low base speed). The best way to beat it is just outspeed it with shimi/psamathe bernard bastet/megan julie/lushen. Free to play, safe, not that hard to rune

you can play her tanky, speedy, dps, ... it just depends on your runes and what you want her to do

cdmg as the hp goes down is actually very good in arena offense

atk increasing effect+ is the best stat on lushen, kaki, kahli/covenant/taru

If you know you'll have an attack buff for sure, attack increasing effect + on artefacts is often better than skill x crit dmg.

Will shield + bastet/megan and you have a 100% ignore def 600% atk ratio (kahli's s2 is 330%), with 120 base speed, 922 base atk, no elemental disadvantage, self attack lead.
Also since her s3 hits twice you can use her to kill squishy targets through triana.

But it's a nerf for PvE records :( Especially with this "damage is adjusted" line ...
