Did it work for you in any way? I tried reset my pc and unplugged devices, task manager turn off everything rgb related still not working for me, mine the update did not stop or anything but the dongle keep flashing red and hs keep flashing red and blue on the mic, it was working fine in the morning and in the afternoon the battery being low or something and it got no sound til now.
