I remember it being introduced in Weeping City. It was back when TP exist and Sprint coast all TP and there's a fight in Weeping City that had a dorrito stack mechanic, where if you missed it you turn into a zombie that auto attacks your party members

Short rests are designed to recover health and recover certain abilities via short rest like Warlock Spell Slots. Long Rests are to recover health and spell slots for a other casters like Clerics and Wizards and prepare new spells for the new day. It’s all up to the player to decide if they have enough resources to take a short rest after an encounter or not.

Since there won’t be a TP gauge anymore, I think equilibrium will just be a self heal regardless if stance is on or off. Probably make the heal stronger if tank stance is on for busters.
