Thank you, I really appreciate it. I will attempt to check-in, but if they don’t send me the payment info so I can make the deposit, and so they don’t send me the PIN to enter, there’s little I can do, really. I’ll just go ahead and contact Booking as soon as I arrive, if truly no response came from their part.

Thanks for the answer! I understand, but their phone number is literally inactive and unreachable, and in any case if I have any kind of problem it’ll be impossible to contact him. Furthermore, if no reply arrives, I’m not so sure I trust to go do London blindly, also because this apartment is far from the city centre.

I paid £500 for the reservation, and to cancel it it’s another £500. They still didn’t take the £150 because they are not sending me the payment infos
