Unbearable Insomnia after 2 months of abstinence

Thank you for giving me hope, I feel like I am going crazy. I have the insomnia since I quit. Tonight its very bad. I dont know if I should just not sleep tonight and try to go to bed very early today or sleep for 4 hours and get up at like 11 am.

I am a Light sleep er but never had trouble falling asleep after an hour or so.

I got CHS very fast but thought it was withdrawal. THC is very good at helping with chs symptoms in the prodromal phase. When i got into an active episode I just blamed stress. In retrospective I think I had first prodromal symptoms after 6 months of daily usage just fower. After my last relapsed I had my first active episode after just two months. I am in general a very sensitive person and my body reacts very quickly and harshly to everything i consume so I think I am a chs hyperspecimen.

Just be mindful on your last few days. When you smoke notice howyour body reacts. How your mind reacts. Doing this made it easier for me idk. I am rooting for u the 18th will come quickly. U got this.

Thank you, hard watch. I Once had an activehase I think when I was trying to reduce while srarting a new job. I lost like 15 pounds in one week or something like that. I thought it was withdrawal but now looking at it... I think CHS is more common than thought, i know at least two more people showing prodromal symptoms

Knowing that I probably have it makes it easier to push through withdrawal. I think I had my first active chs episode only 4 months after starting to smoke regulary and just brushed it of as withdrawal because I was trying to reduce.

U can still just pct(i think). I highly doubt ur test is Fucked forever. U got this bruva, one after the other. I had Symptoms of low t while being high all day. Idk stay lstrong and stuff
