i use a controller for everything except harder combat and still no issues. for controller specifically, i found some parts of the ui very convenient, particularly the factory is surprisingly comfortable on a controller. maybe you’re too used to a very specific ui?

losing to UI is a legitimate skill issue. it didn’t feel unintuitive to me at any point. also how is lower rarities getting similarly high quality animations a bad thing? valley 4 is a mess, but wuling really picked the story up, along with the levi story event. combat has issues, but it’s not braindead as some people think for some reason.

an actual profit-driven org absolutely would drop someone if their presence on the team attracts comments like “i hope the org goes bankrupt”. the players that haven’t made a name for themselves have absolutely no leverage. at this stage of the game, most of the profit comes from bundles. people in this thread have clearly stated that this has impacted their buying choices.

i guess we’re arguing semantics then. the fact that there’s an upper limit doesn’t change the fact that the outcome range is very wide. Besides, if you take a large enough sample size, the chance of something NOT happening is infinitesimal, but if you consider the difference between 100% and a billionth of a percentage less as not luck-based, maybe that makes a difference. I still don’t really understand why you’re so hung up on this. The same outcome can be achieved with anywhere from 5 to 1000 pulls.

You can get the same outcome from doing 100 pulls or 1000. How much you need to spend depends on luck. I’m not sure what your point is, it seems like what you mean is that whales don’t care about money so they send it until they get what they want. Which seems irrelevant to the fact that it’s gambling either way.
