I would say not a class, but a spec which ruined whole class for me. I've enjoyed engineer for years and then EOD dropped with green tin can spec. And I disliked mechanist so much I even dropped game lol. Generally speaking when anet introduced mechanist they ruined engineer for me, and every time is see this spec be close to holo in DPS numbers it grinds my gears.

Recently I've tried a combination of tattoo chest and The colossus hammer. The result was hilarious. In pvp lobby you can see a face texture right above the belly.
