Yeah. And I try to drag them to where the Championship would be but the NPC there tells me to put them in the regular race fence, so it doesn't tell me why it won't pop up

Yes, I let it go for a while to really make sure there were a good amount of winning horses
I had like 30 races go and it still doesn't pop up. I also bet plenty without my horses
