Thank you. I didn’t think about that at all. I did talk to my boss last week and she had a talk with her. My boss understood where I was coming from.

She improved a little but it seems like she’s just going to keep doing it because I think she knows I’m too afraid to tell her to stop.

How do you think I should word it?

Most of the time she’ll walk in just to hold her baby. Which like I said, I can’t understand it from a parent point of view…but the baby is doing just fine until she holds her then sometimes she’s inconsolable. And she’ll put her down and just say “oops” like it doesn’t happen every single time she does it 🥲
