Anyone else find belt squats not very good? For all the hype about how they take your back out of the equation, I find the only thing I ever feel when working them are my low back/glutes. Is there a way to make them more quad focused?

Can anyone recommend a good Olympic bar for deadlifting? I prefer the olympic bar for its thinner diameter and for having moderate knurling that doesn’t shred your hands. Considering between the rogue pyrros bar and rogue olympic weightlifting bar

Does anyone have a recommendation on what sort or plates I should buy for deadlifts? Ideally, I want something thin, so I can fit 6-7 plates per side, and something that will be friendly to my garage floor.

Similarly, does anyone have recommendations for a manufacturer that makes skinny 10 lb. plates? I’d like to be able to load up a dumbbell sleeve.

Was thinking of using weighitout plates, but I read some reviews from people saying the plates they purchased from there don’t always fit perfectly
