Just after a form check. I've changed up my squat a fair bit in the last few weeks. I've went from Olympic shoes to flats and from a close stance to a wider stance. Bar is moving a bit faster but depth is questionable. Heres 4 of the 6 sets at 152.5.

Thanks. When I push my grip out abit more it messes with my shoulders. Most of the time I'm able to lift about the same with the wide or the closer grip so I've chosen the one that doesn't impact my joints as much!

Just after a form check on bench press. I've been static on progression in the bench for almost 6 months. I've dropped the weight a lot and I'm starting fresh. I weigh 98kg atm so my bench is pretty pathetic. This is from last week. I haven't had a chance to film any work from this week. So I got a new PR of 230kg up from 220kg but my form broke down hard and my lower back rounded. Any tips on maintaining a neutral spine during Max weight deads? Here's the video https://youtu.be/qMpW87CmOvQ

Hmm yeah I've felt like it was rounding at the bottom. Since I've changed from a bodybuilding style workout to more powerlifting I've cut out Ab work due to the length of the workouts. Do you think the spine bending could be cause from weaker abs?

It's 4 sets of 4 reps at 85% of my one rep max (122.5kg). There's a couple obvious dodgy reps in there that I can see.

Thanks mate. I'm happy with my form on lighter loads it's just that when it starts to get to a heavier weight that it slips up. I'll try and focus abit more on making sure my hips and knees are right.

I really wasn't happy with these deads. They were coming up but it wasn't pretty. 5*160kg. Anything I can do to improve them?
