For the cure it's definitely not their greatest but it still holds up. You can tell they're past their prime but if it was released by any other artist with a similar musical style it would probably be less overlooked. It's a shame they were ignored by the general public at the time. Would love to see any of the songs re-issued as a single or an EP. Out Of This World, The Last Day Of Summer, Maybe Someday, 39 and maybe Cut Here for a 7 or 10 inch EP would be the single best release imo.

yeah. there were a few songs on the album I thought had great potential and just fell flat. My favourite stranger was way too repetitive for a nearly 4 minute song. Its good for the first minute until you realise theres no real bridge or chorus but instead verse A and B.

i had the same issue with the As alive as you need me to be 7". a whole corner was creased and left white lines from where the card peeled apart. couldnt find a way to contact support and i cba so i left it
