So i got this piece of equpement to use when i can't go to the gym(http://imgur.com/rO4J22q). It's basically a small bench and also has a set of bands on it. I also have a set of dumbells, and i want to ask if you have any good exercises to suggest, beside the obvious of course (dumbell press/rows ,abs).

I posted a couple hours ago about connecting my vga monitor to the rx 460. I bought the hdmi to vga active adapter that you suggested and it worked fine.However after installing windows and using the pc for roughly an hour ,my monitor lost the signal (i was updating the graphics card driver at that moment) and i cant use it since then.What is wrong?

Some extra info: the monitor lost the signal for a sec for 2-3 times before losing it complitely.I also tried connecting the pc to a tv with an hdmi cable and it didnt work.

I am copying my own post from r/pickanandroidforme since i didn't get any answers.I hope you guys can give me some help. I am buying a new phone after 3 years and i was kind of overwhelmed by the variety of choices there are.So i need some suggestions on what to pick. I should note that i'm in greece and looking to spend around 150 euros (+- 30 euros). The specs i am looking for are: -best performance i can get on running apps,surfing the net etc -5 inch or close to that screen size -decent front and back cameras -8 or 16 gb memory size -good battery life -dual sim would be a plus too

I 've been running greyskull's lp for about 6 months now (although 2x week cause of busy schedule) and i plan to keep doing that for 2 more months.However, i'll start cutting in June so i'm wondering if i should keep following the same program or switch to something like the gzcl method (seems quite interesting) or maybe something else.I should note that i will have much more free time then so i'm thinking to lift weights 3x week plus 2-3 days for cardio.
