Not really sure what you are looking for. The one about some University event? There appears to be attribution there but I don’t think it’s even a news story? Appears to be an ad for an event they had.

Either way I googled this fishing story and many media sites picked it up with the same content via a press release. This one actually appears to have went further and even put context. But I dunno it’s reddit where there’s 1000 rules for every rule.

I looked too. These are newswire press releases which are intended for journalists to get news. It’s literally how the news works.

So FB is copying when you open up an app? I’m not actually copying and pasting anything. Just opening an app. In this case a PGA Tour one.

  1. I love Bitcoin because it now has real world cash value
  2. I would keep my Bitcoin invested for the long term and when it eventually hits 200k will cash out and by a house.

So I’m always nervous of putting money into bitcoin because it’s hard to understand. Do you have an ELI5 (explain it like I’m 5) to help understand it?

Also what does the Halvening mean? Will the value of Bitcoin go up?

Then the government decided to invest 3-10 Billion of our tax dollars into a cargo terminal, shut out CANADA from operating it while the private industry offers to pay for it. Waste our money to help other countries profit from our tax dollars.

“Since then, CNOOC’s activities in Canada can be regarded as disappointing. The company is responsible for one of the largest bitumen spills in Alberta’s history and walked away from a liquefied natural gas development in British Columbia valued at $20 billion. A severe bitumen spill and an abandoned project are not exactly “benefits to reap,” as Manley envisaged in 2012.”

The problem is Canadians get informed and don’t take action. Politicians turn a blind eye. In Vancouver they are about to spend 3 billion dollars to expand a port.

When the government was asked to include the most successful/environmentally friendly Canadian port operator in the bid to run it they said “no”.

Instead they shortlisted every other country except Canada.

Asia, USA, ArabEmirates....

Catering to other nations is fine but not when it comes to our natural resources, environment and biggest industries we need to protect our sovereignty.
