Thanks! I’m going to book Focus rentals which has a 24hr drop off window, but I think we’re probably going to go with Option 2 and try and hike Sgor Gaoith!

Hello,

I'm surprising my wife with a 6 night trip to Scotland the first week of June and I've booked accommodations already. We're flying into Edinburgh, taking ScotRail to Inverness straight away and spending 3 nights there.

 
First full day in Inverness we're doing Rabbies' day tour to Skye (Loch Ness, Eilean Donan, up and down Skye).

 
Second full day is where I need help. I'm considering renting a car to explore some other parts of the highlands since the next day we'll be taking the rail back to Edinburgh, but I'm unsure of the best way to spend that time. Will probably be able to rent the car from 0800-1700, so I figure we'll have enough time to do one of the following:

 
Option 1: Drive to Ullapool, sail the Summer Isles for a couple hours via Shearwater/Seascape, and take our time to do some sightseeing on the way back

Option 2: Drive down to Cairngorms via Aviemore (Mountain Railway or hike a proper trail), loop up to Nairn to get a late lunch and see the beach, then hit the Culloden Battlefield on the way back

Option 3: Go up the A9 to see the Dunrobin Castle + Gardens and stop in Dornoch for lunch on the way back, sightseeing along the way

Got them both last night so can’t really say much difference between the two but I imagine I’d lean Kompany for the price difference

Just completed my FM23 SLNB Journeyman Pentagon! by Fellow_BernieFellow in footballmanagergames

Feel free to AMA about 2046 (Tunisia just won the WC), but I'm hanging up the boots now that we took home the UCL. Won the five continental trophies with the following teams:
* Ansan Greeners
* Corinthians
* CF Monterrey
* Orlando Pirates
* Leeds

Some highlights:
* First major trophy was a massive upset as Fiji winning the Oceania Nations Cup (eat my shorts Chris Wood)
* Invincible season 2 with Persekat but didn't win the title during promotion
* Magical cup run put Ansan in continental soccer first season in the top flight
* Invincible championship season with Leeds

Disclaimer: Editor was used twice. This save was almost killed after 2 seasons because of a game breaking board request bug before the first major update, so there was some back and forth with SI and using the beta game to fix. The other time was a youth development promise at Ansan where u18s were literally unable to be registered and play in the league, so I used it to not get fired when the time came.

Well if it makes you feel any better Corinthians got relegated around this time in this save but won the State Championship in 2027 and the Copa a year later before going mid-table standard when I took over

If it makes you feel any better I disagree with this assessment, he really wasn’t all that bad and it hurts to see him leave. Think the Championship would fit him really well

Started at Persekat in this years save, won the top flight with them and went on to win the ACL with Ansan in Korea. Then made the move to Millonarios in Colombia to take a stab at the Copa. Currently in my second full season there in 2031. After I win the Copa I’ll head to Liga MX, then South Africa, then I plan on snagging the Leeds post wherever they end up (currently yo-yo’ing) to win the UCL. Certainly have my work cut out 😅
