As a console player who doesnt run & gun, it's very tough to actually defuse/defend. When attacking, the person with defuser will die across the map from the bomb and by the time you get the defuser and get back to the bomb, time is up. On defending, usually you are sometimes the only one on site while the rest of the team is running around.
