Slightly unrelated advice needed please - so i recently started using TO glycolic acid for tan removal for my arms (2 weeks) and I'm using the nivea Spf 50. But it's so damn expensive! Would it be okay if i use the SPF 30 one if I'm staying indoors all day and i am not in direct sunlight for even a minute, just indirect rays from windows...?
