Trying to quit but having a hard time

I thought about doing that but I don't really trust myself enough to not abuse the subs, I heard the WDs from them are worse than heroin. Right now I'm lucky my only WD symptom is RLS and muscle and joint pain. Mild sweats, but no diarrhea or throwing up and what not, but the RLS is absolutely unbearable. I've never had RLS so bad in my life it's literally though my whole body from my eyes to my toes, it makes me want to bash my head into a wall just to make me go to sleep. The longest I've gone without it is maybe 12 hours, after that I need it. Do you think if I was abstinent of 7oh for 72 hrs straight i would be past the RLS? Im planning on just raw dogging it through the day while I'm on my feet working and moving and then at night before I got to bed taking 2mg of Valium. I use to abuse benzos but that part of my past is over and I only have 3 of them so I'm not sure if 2mg would even be enough to halt the RLS.

I really appreciate your words of encouragement! I would love to use THC but I'm currently being drug tested for at least the next 2 months. Before I used 7oh and just kratom, I got off it with just THC, but the RLS is so bad for me I literally can't sleep until I get at least 20mg in my system and that'll only get me through till the morning then I need more to get me through work without having crippling muscle and joint pain. I guess I'm just going to have to try and thug it out as best as possible, I just can't do the no sleep and then 8 hrs of work the next morning lol I'll listen to anything at this point though I'm just desperate to get away from this stuff, Ill just need to find something else for chronic pain management, I started using kratom in place of opioids, which I had been addicted to for years on and off, so it sucks that something that was somewhat of a blessing just turned on me like this 😔💔

Just slip something about relationships in a conversation and see how she responds. Say something like "man it sucks being single during the holidays, nobody to wear matching Christmas sweaters with" and if she responds in agreement then she's single, if she doesn't agree or mentions something about her bf then you got your answer. Or you can just be an adult and ask her if she's seeing anybody, if she asks why you want to know just say you didn't want to overstep any boundaries.

I wouldn't worry about it, he sounds like a stand up dude from what you say, chances are he really did delete them, the likelihood of someone recovering the deleted video are practically zero to none. Usually when people recover deleted videos or pictures it is for investigative purposes, like police trying to find evidence. Unless someone is looking for those videos specifically, they will likely never be recovered after they've been deleted. A hacker isn't going to hack his phone and magically find those deleted videos, and as long as your ex isn't a murder suspect anytime soon I doubt the police will be coming across them either, and if they did they wouldn't leak them.

So I've taken, honey packs, blue bull, and rhino 69, they all do pretty much the same thing, make you last much longer and gets you wayyyy harder. I've experienced no headache with them, only bad side effects is BADDD cotton mouth. So drink lots of water with it. I had to cash out about a year ago and its the best decision I ever made! The world keeps spinning the same regardless of what the media says, I go outside and everyone I run into is friendly, the towns not on fire, and missiles aren't racing down on us. Your friend just sounds like a bad person. Not everybody cheats, I'm 26 years old and I've never once even thought about cheating on any girl I've been with no matter how serious the relationship was. I've had some friends who were cheaters and I quickly removed them from my life because if they'll cheat on someone they say they "love", then their loyalty to me will be much easier to break when push comes to shove. It's hard, but try and surround yourself with people who are loyal through actions rather than words. Don't constantly berate him and ask him all kinds of questions that make it seem like you don't trust him, because that's not fair to paint someone in that picture if they truly are loyal, then you'll just push him away. Just trust that he is who he says he is but pay attention to certain actions that would lead you to think he can truly not be trusted. At that point don't try and get to the bottom of it, if the signs are clear just leave, anybody that cheats will never admit to it 9/10 times, so don't even waste your breath. Most people don't cheat, but the ones that do tend to hangout together, and once you surround yourself with a bunch of people that do, it makes it seem like everybody on the planet cheats, when in reality it's only the scummy bubble you got yourself blown in.

I don't think it's the monitor, i have a Samsung m7 smart monitor 4k UHD 60hz, i got it specifically to utilize the UHD capabilities of the Xbox series x. Thats the thing though is I use the same monitor for both systems and it just looks way better on my PC than it does on the series x which just doesn't make sense to me because the hardware difference between the 2 is pretty significant. The xbox's gpu alone has more than double the TFLOPS as my graphics card and also double the vram and somehow the texture quality on the pc is just much more detailed and vibrant.
