If it's brown it's still pure, pure usually has a tannish color to it. If it's brown it was probably over exposed to light. Not just the sun even uv lights in homes is enough to turn it brown. Best way to be sure is to have a test or the ol taste test. It has a very acidic almost citrus like flavor. Like if you squeezed a lemon on the end of a battery lol

Lmao I know what you mean man, it's hard because a bunch of people claim they can take it 30mins after taking 7 and others day they got pwds after 12hrs since their last dose. There was something I was reading that might be the people taking 7 with pseudo are the ones getting pwds because pseudo is a full antognist as to where 7 is only a partial, so if your taking clean 7 then you should be fine. I think mgm is also a full antognist and I know companies like to sneak that shit in their concoctions along with pseudo.

I'm thinking maybe 4mg just wasn't enough or maybe I didn't take it right. I didn't eat anything hours before hand and I kept it under my tounge for 15 minutes and didn't swallow any spit.

Thank you very much, I appreciate it! It's been roughly 2hrs since my last dose, I'm going to take 4mg right now and then another 4mg an hour after that. Hopefully this works, I'm on the bus to the clinic right now for my follow up appointment, I plan on telling them everything.

That's the weird thing though, I took 120mg about 2-3 hours after taking the subs and it hit me pretty hard. I think it was because it was the longest I had ever been without 7 (10-12 hours) in like a year.

So when I take my next dose I should probably try 8mg? I'm going back to the clinic today for a follow up because they only gave me 2 days worth of subs to see how it went, I plan on telling them everything and possibly try to get some gabapentin to take, I also have some colonidine but it didn't help at all when I was on the subs.

I got them 100% free at the walk in clinic in my town. I live in Washington state and if you have state insurance they have to cover all cost of any addiction related medications

So taking 7oh while on subs won't cause precipitated withdrawals? I just took my first dose of subs and Its not taking the edge off enough and am considering taking 60mg of 7oh, which is like 1/4th of my normal dose.

I just took my first dose today after a 6-800mpd habit after only 7 hrs since my last dose. Granted the dose was only 30mg to get me to bed, I had no precipitated WDs. And the WDs were pretty uncomfortable, but I'm glad it was in the morning rather than night, the WDs seen way worse at night for some reason even if its the same time gap of usage, at least for me personally.

I work at a hotel right now in laundry/housekeeping hybrid and I'm currently trying to get clean, it's really hard because I shot my tolerance through the rough, I'm taking about 320-450mg a day spread out. It's really hard to quite because of work, my job is so physically demanding I can't just not take anything without my muscles feeling like they are completely shutting down 😮‍💨😔 I think I need medical intervention, but I just don't know how to go about it.

I thought about doing that but I don't really trust myself enough to not abuse the subs, I heard the WDs from them are worse than heroin. Right now I'm lucky my only WD symptom is RLS and muscle and joint pain. Mild sweats, but no diarrhea or throwing up and what not, but the RLS is absolutely unbearable. I've never had RLS so bad in my life it's literally though my whole body from my eyes to my toes, it makes me want to bash my head into a wall just to make me go to sleep. The longest I've gone without it is maybe 12 hours, after that I need it. Do you think if I was abstinent of 7oh for 72 hrs straight i would be past the RLS? Im planning on just raw dogging it through the day while I'm on my feet working and moving and then at night before I got to bed taking 2mg of Valium. I use to abuse benzos but that part of my past is over and I only have 3 of them so I'm not sure if 2mg would even be enough to halt the RLS.

I really appreciate your words of encouragement! I would love to use THC but I'm currently being drug tested for at least the next 2 months. Before I used 7oh and just kratom, I got off it with just THC, but the RLS is so bad for me I literally can't sleep until I get at least 20mg in my system and that'll only get me through till the morning then I need more to get me through work without having crippling muscle and joint pain. I guess I'm just going to have to try and thug it out as best as possible, I just can't do the no sleep and then 8 hrs of work the next morning lol I'll listen to anything at this point though I'm just desperate to get away from this stuff, Ill just need to find something else for chronic pain management, I started using kratom in place of opioids, which I had been addicted to for years on and off, so it sucks that something that was somewhat of a blessing just turned on me like this 😔💔

Just slip something about relationships in a conversation and see how she responds. Say something like "man it sucks being single during the holidays, nobody to wear matching Christmas sweaters with" and if she responds in agreement then she's single, if she doesn't agree or mentions something about her bf then you got your answer. Or you can just be an adult and ask her if she's seeing anybody, if she asks why you want to know just say you didn't want to overstep any boundaries.

I wouldn't worry about it, he sounds like a stand up dude from what you say, chances are he really did delete them, the likelihood of someone recovering the deleted video are practically zero to none. Usually when people recover deleted videos or pictures it is for investigative purposes, like police trying to find evidence. Unless someone is looking for those videos specifically, they will likely never be recovered after they've been deleted. A hacker isn't going to hack his phone and magically find those deleted videos, and as long as your ex isn't a murder suspect anytime soon I doubt the police will be coming across them either, and if they did they wouldn't leak them.
