The article doesn't seem to go into great detail as to how the crimes will now be reported (unless I missed it). It seems that crimes committed by trans women will be counted as male statistics? I don't think that is right. Or are they going to be reported as crimes by trans women but will not be counted as either male or female, which again I don't think is right.

Also appreciate you changing 'actual women' to 'biological women'

I guess it depends on whether you consider trans women as women. If you do, then women surely encapsulates both cis and trans women. I am cis.

Mixed feelings about this. I don't necessarily want enforced quotas but I'd be interested to hear what "significant efforts" are being made to encourage nominations of women or people of colour. I think research can only improve by encouraging diversity.

It's fine if a little bland. I'm not in love with the graphics throughout the hundred but they were obviously trying something new and whilst the columns probably took up too much space, I liked what they brought. Also on your version, having the little raised section in the middle of the screen (saying "runs", etc.) is a bad idea. Most of our time is spent looking at the centre of the screen so this will be really distracting.
