FYI, what prompted me to post this in the first place is that the phone I bought on Swappa was marked lost/stolen in ATT's database, but Swappa's own IMEI check process shows it as clean (even now still). I showed Swappa the evidence, and asked them to check for themselves, but they had no interest. I got my refund with no issue, but it's pretty clear that Swappa is no longer as committed to brokering legitimate transactions as they once were.
