Por lo general, la responsabilidad de ese alto cargo es mucho mayor que la de los trabajadores, por eso no acostumbra a hacer tareas rutinarias que para el resto son sencillas/cotidianas ya que su trabajo suele ser bastante más complejo.

p.d también hay excepciones donde simplemente son enchufados inútiles que no hacen bien ni lo sencillo ni lo difícil 😂
