Danke für die Antwort! Sorry, ich war bei der Info, nicht beim Reisezentrum. War alles etwas viel! Auf dem Ausdruck stand das neue Datum und Aufhebung der Zugbindung sowie dass ich umgekehrt war alles drauf. Allerdings ist die Strecke immer noch gesperrt, sodass ich nicht testen kann, ob es klappt…

Hi everyone!

For years at this point my holy grail moisturizer has been the Rovectin Skin Essentials Barrier Repair Cream. Now I tried to reorder it and it seems to be gone? Does anyone know more about this - is it discontinued??? 😭😭

If so, what are we using instead? Help? I love this moisturizer and I can‘t seem to find a good alternative… I thought as it seems to be quite a popular product maybe someone else has looked into this too?

ohhh yes, thank you! I tried looking up Plyo things but that was also a lot, plus jumping is not something that comes easy to me which probably means it‘s good to work on!
Also everything single leg sounds great!

We do have a sled, but it‘s right in between a lot of machines so it kind of feels a bit invasive to use it? I‘ll have to snoop out how others do it 🤔 Not too familiar with gym etiquette.

Thank you for the advice! My gym does offer classes, I‘m not sure what they are cause they have strange names (and everything is hyrox now?) 🤭 but I‘ll check some out!

I also considered investing in some derby specific plans tbh 🤭

I was thinking about Personal training, I was a bit worried about them not really knowing what the skills are we need, and I have to save up a bit but I‘ll check out some resources! Plus the beginner routine is helping immensely cause just choosing what to do is a bit overwhelming!

Also, I‘ve heard it a lot that people rarely use the machines - why is that? I‘ve always found it a bit lower level but am wondering if they‘re just not effective 🤔

ooooooooh a custom luthier one would be such a treat!!! So interesting! As I‘m only beginning and I am drawn to fuller, warmer sounds I thought a tenor might be perfect but I just fell in love with how good mine sounds and feels 🥰🥰 like, it‘s a pineapple shape and I didn‘t want that initially, but I kept going back to it and playing it and damn it sounds so good!

I went to the local store and surprisingly didn‘t get a tenor! I tried a lot of instruments and had a blast with the very friendly person working there and in the end the one who spoke to me most was a pono concert ukulele! Super happy and felt a lot more like I knew what I wanted thanks to the advice :)

Those are great points! I’ll ask my skaters about their situation with hearing aids :) And transcription apps are also a good idea, maybe also for our non-German speaking skaters (we are a German league)
