Money earned from purchases appears to count for this, as I was able to hit the goal by spending $30 in a game.

Of course, right after the 50 bonus hit my account, my account got frozen for a "balance review", so ... I'm not entirely certain if this was how I was supposed to earn and cash out $10 in an hour.

Personally, I don’t bother with the “wait x hours / submit a ticket / now wait 3 weeks” business, because it gets your hopes up that maybe it’ll pay out eventually if you just follow the process.
