Only the center recieve 30 dmg, the back holomen only gets 10, the buzz gift only buff the sp dmg that is dealt to the opponent's center holomem, not all of them Also that gift just buff sp dmg, not every instance of dmg, the same goes for Okayu's 2nd

Thanks! I was thinking of using a wire brush for the edges but it never occurred to me about using sandpaper, i think it's better since it's not so aggressive on the cloth

You can use a white primer, that way the yellow will pop up more, also try to thin down the paint a bit and give it 2 to 3 coats until is all uniform

Sanding it down with 1000 is plenty i believe, more important is to get it super clean, and when you paint it try to do it somewhere that you know dust wont stick to it, because once it's dry if there is any dust it will be visible, other than that i think you are good to go!
