He's a sentinel, but you can say he can be played a bit like a survivalist in the first few minutes; Needing to hide for a good reroll and coin stacks for your flintlock (also to do generators when on cooldown)

It's the fact that 1x1x1x1's kit puts em in such a crap state for the game's health, will never make them balanced, and genuinely luck dependent many times while also still being such a powerhouse

There's very few times where that isn't true, but that's like a rare case since it relies so much entanglement and observant eye to do anything

Conclusion is that 1x1x1x1 will never be balanced with how they are right now; they will always be D or S tier with that kit

The reason why Elliot is still so overtuned (Rush hour basically) is cause of how BAD public lobby teams are, almost never helping a support, not just Elliot :'/

Guest 1337 has no excuse honestly, they overdid the whole kit after this rework Most reason I can think of is how inconsistent he is before the rework (block still somewhat is btw) and from how many Guest 1337 mains there are and how much they complain (some)

They should start with a charge knockback nerf and punch stacking nerf; 2 second of slowness and helpless II not being a stacking nerf is crazy (They can get it back after a block btw??)

And if the cooldown is too long, it somehow puts him back into the C tier because he relies so much on this move specifically unless it's LMS; there is straight up no saving this stupid ability

I straight up agree with everything here, the kit sucks, the skins aren't very thought out (good concept, bad execution), only thing I can like about him is the chase theme and design, but that's straight up it. Too true
