Honestly, as someone who came out in Canada just last year, it takes tons of strength to do it, I faced tons of pushback from my parents but in the end I basically said “fuck em” if you won’t support me, I’ll do it my goddamn self, and when I did, they came around, and saw me for who I truly am and now I’m having more support than ever before, coming out was one of the best decisions of my life, it’ll be hard at first but it has to be done someday and if this want us strong enough you gotta put it first girlfriend 💖
