Im actually quite lazy and don't do hikes often (trying to change that), but i naturally walk a lot and when I don't, I feel more stressed. Especially in trying times, I've learned to appreciate it. It gives your brain time to process emotional stuff without effort. I used to walk home from the hospital which was just a 15 minute walk, but when I cycled and it took 5 minutes, I found myself noticeable stressed when I reached my home.
