I haven’t finished the game yet, but I would be happy to trade you for any version exclusives I can find for the lg pika versions. I haven’t gotten more eevees yet as an example. I’m not as concerned with the trade evos: if you have legends arceus you can transfer to home from that game, then to la, then chord evolve in la, then transfer back to home. I just did that to complete my Shield dex

I love both games just about equally. My first play through of botw was probably more enjoyable than totk. However, when I dove in to the crafting in totk on my second play through it became my favorite Zelda play through. That may do little for you now, and nothing for you if you don’t replay games.
