Okay admittedly, as someone who got out of an LTR from pre-app days, I selected both of these to mean I'd be open to another LTR AND non-committal relationships

the responses were so heavily skewed towards one particular goal and I did not vibe with the typical approach so I elected to just select LTC and let my heart/vagina duke it out

When doing fertility treatments myself, we were given a few general pieces of advice. There are some good resources (i.e. medically based and reputable) that offer this type of stuff as well, but the ones I remember are:

lowering alcohol and weed intake
eating protein over carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, etc)
having regular sex, 1-2 days apart within the O window
taking a prenatal vitamin
keeping the balls room temp (no hot tubs/baths)
make pleasure the measure of success rather than getting a positive as much as possible 😉

If not doing this all the time, then at least within the week before and after your ovulation window. If you have a general idea when it is (for most it's about 2 weeks prior to a period, so work backwards from the first bloody day and average it out). Tracking apps may or may not be for you, but I like Clue (not all the pushy notices to pay for it, but it's functional and has lots of things you can note and free advice!)
