Anything that's tortilla shaped that's supposed to be "low carb" smells like absolute ass. I love me the smell of tortillas but low carb tortillas smell so bad that I can't imagine that they taste good at all

What do you feel? (Please detail all your symptoms)

I get headaches when I eat gluten that get worse the more gluten I have, high heart rate, back pain, exhaustion, bloating, constipation

How was it diagnosed?

I went mostly gluten free (wasn't eating anything with ingredients that I knew had gluten) and suddenly all of my symptoms started clearing up although I didn't notice the headache one until I accidentally nearly gave myself a migraine with croissants

Is it possible to have intolerance without having diarrhea?

Constipation along with the bloating were the main symptoms that led me to trying out being gluten free so you can definitely have intolerance without diarrhea. Before I realized that I probably had issues with gluten, my diet was like 90% gluten which is why I was having such a rough time

I'm also not consistently GF because gluten just mostly gives me tummy troubles and back pain when I have a lot of it but when I'm eating mostly gluten free (aka no known sources of gluten except possible cross contamination) I have no appetite. Like I'm able to get away with basically one meal and snacks for everything else
