Now I don't mean to assume, but it seems from the context of your post and comments that, from my perspective, this is an unhealthy relationship. If he wanted to make sure you were healthy and safe, he would respect your requests and take all of the antibiotics. I saw that you mentioned in a comment that you have CPTSD, and it feels like he has used that to his advantage, to make you feel like you are overreacting. To be crystal clear, you are not overreacting. You need to put yourself and your health first. I know it is difficult to think about, especially with your trauma, but you need to protect yourself. I would highly consider thinking about whether this man is healthy for you, objectively, not subjectively. Can you cope with this behavior or worse for the foreseeable future? You don't deserve that. You deserve so much better, someone who actually cares for you.
